Inclusion is the heartbeat of our early childhood education practice. It gives rhythm, warmth, and purpose to everything we do. We are a community childcare and early learning service that believes every child belongs, deserves to be seen, and can flourish in an environment that values connection, equity, and creativity.
Inclusion is also the heartbeat of every outstanding early learning community. It keeps us connected, compassionate, and focused on what matters most: a sense of belonging.
The role
We are seeking a Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator with at least four years of experience to join our community childcare team in a permanent part-time position. This role focuses on inclusion support within an exceeding-rated early learning environment. You will work alongside lead educators and inclusion support professionals to embed inclusive practice into everyday programs and ensure each child's strengths are recognised and celebrated.
What does inclusion look like
Your work will weave through every part of the day, noticing, adapting, and connecting. You will collaborate with educators to ensure each child can participate meaningfully, not separately. You will be a steady presence: helping shape environments that feel safe and welcoming, guiding gentle adaptations, and celebrating the small moments that build confidence and belonging.
Together with the team, you will reflect on practice,
share insights, and continue learning because inclusion grows stronger when everyone grows together.
What we are looking for
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (minimum requirement)
- Minimum four years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator
- Genuine interest or experience in inclusion support or additional needs education
- Strong knowledge of EYLF v2.0 and NQF frameworks
- Collaborative, reflective, and relationship-focused approach
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Working With Children Check
Why this role matters
Inclusion sits at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will help ensure that every child can participate fully and feel a deep sense of belonging, while supporting educators in embedding inclusive practices into everyday routines and play. By working collaboratively with the team, children, and families, you will help create an environment where all children are recognised for their strengths and supported to thrive. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in early childhood education and community childcare, shaping environments where inclusion is not just practised, but lived.
How to apply
If inclusion truly moves you and you are ready to do meaningful work that makes a lasting difference, we would love to hear from you. Apply now or reach out for a confidential conversation about joining our early learning community.
