About the Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, youll be part of a community of qualified professionals dedicated to providing exceptional education and care. Our centre values each educators unique strengths, empowering you to make a meaningful impact on childrens development.

About You:

- Hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification (not working towards).
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate superb interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid certification.
- Thrive in a collaborative team setting.
- Commit to continual professional development and strive to maximise positive impacts on childrens learning.
- Exhibit compassion and a strong belief in high-quality education and care.
