Busy Bees at Panania is seeking a confident and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead learning within our 3–4-year-old room. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified teacher who is passionate about preschool education and ready to further develop their leadership capability.
Candidates with previous 2IC experience and demonstrated experience as an
Early Childhood Teacher in a permanent role will be highly regarded.

Your Impact
- Deliver high-quality, play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF
- Lead intentional teaching practices to support school readiness outcomes
- Mentor and guide educators within the room
- Support curriculum planning, documentation, and quality improvement
- Build strong qualified partnerships with families
- Contribute to strong NQS and compliance outcomes
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Master of Education (Early Childhood) (ACECQA-approved)
- NESA Teacher Accreditation (Provisional or Full)
- Working with Children Check (Employee – NSW)
- Demonstrated experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in a permanent role
- Previous 2IC or senior leadership experience (desirable)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements

Placement experience alone will not be considered sufficient for this role. Candidates must have professional experience beyond practicum placements.
