- We are partnering with a fast-growing premium retail and e-commerce business that works directly with luxury and lifestyle brands to run exclusive online and pop-up sales across Asia and Australia.
- This is a lean, hands-on team in Australia with strong growth plans, offering exposure to both ecommerce and physical retail operations.
The Role
- This is a hands-on operations role supporting both ecommerce sales and physical pop-up events. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, warehouse coordination, and the smooth execution of online and offline sales.

What You Will Be Doing
Ecommerce & inventory operations
- Prepare and upload product and inventory data with high accuracy
- Maintain stock accuracy across systems and physical inventory
- Support online sale launches and product readiness
- Monitor orders, fulfilment and stock movement
- Work closely with warehouse and ecommerce teams
Warehouse & logistics coordination
- Liaise with 3PL warehouses on inbound and outbound stock
- Supervise pick, pack and dispatch processes when required
- Support stock reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
- Travel occasionally to Western Sydney warehouses
Pop-up event operations
- Support setup and execution of premium retail pop-up sales
- Coordinate inbound stock and event preparation
- Provide backend operational support during live events
- Assist with post-event stock reconciliation and reporting

What they’re looking for
- 2–3 years experience in ecommerce operations, retail operations, logistics or inventory
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Experience working with stock or inventory systems
- Excel skills (comfortable with large data sets)
- Shopify or ecommerce platform experience is a plus
- Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional weekend/event support
