The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and confident Educational Leader to join our team and help us achieve our service goals. As an Educational Leader, you will:

- Lead and mentor educators in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Collaborate with families to support children’s learning and development.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Plan and evaluate educational programs to foster a love for learning.
- Model best practices in early childhood education on the floor.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.




- Proven experience as an Educational Leader in a childcare service.
- A deep understanding of the EYLF and best practices in early childhood education.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for nurturing children’s potential and inspiring a love of learning.
