Busy Bees at Williams Landing is seeking an experienced Full-Time Educational Leader to lead pedagogy, mentor educators, and strengthen high-quality practice across a large, dynamic service. This role is ideal for a proven Educational Leader who can confidently influence practice, support teams, and deliver strong outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS.

Your Impact
- Lead and embed pedagogical practice aligned with the EYLF and NQS
- Mentor and coach educators, strengthening reflective practice and consistency
- Partner with the Centre Director on curriculum, compliance, and QIP outcomes
- Guide programming, assessment and documentation across rooms
- Build strong professional relationships with educators, families, and leaders
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Demonstrated experience as an Educational Leader (essential)
- Strong working knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and quality improvement processes
- Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
- Confident communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
