As an Educator at Busy Bees, you will:

- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and your team

- Create engaging learning environments aligned with the EYLF

- Support children’s development, wellbeing, and sense of belonging

- Work collaboratively to maintain high standards under the NQS

- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and reflective team culture

? About You

You will bring:

- A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards)

- A genuine passion for early learning and child development





- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- A commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement
