What you’ll do

As an Electrical Design Engineer – Industrial in Gladstone, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

- Electrical design and power system modelling

- Detailed design of project packages

- Develop an understanding of electrical engineering disciplines; HV/LV systems, instrumentation, controls, communications, hazardous areas, and functional safety

- Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects

- Monitor progress, expenditure, and performance

- Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards

What You’ll Bring

- Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering

- Demonstrated experience in electrical design, ideally within industrial or infrastructure projects

- Exposure to power systems, HV/LV design, and/or control systems

- Solid communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills





- The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions
