Our client, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee and drive key projects. Based in Sydney, this is a full-time, permanent role offering a market-competitive salary plus a car allowance.

Your Responsibilities
As Engineering Manager, your role will include:

- Leading a team of engineers in designing, planning, and executing commercial renewable energy projects.
- Managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risks to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Overseeing project phases, including design, procurement, installation, and grid connection.
- Developing and implementing O&M; strategies and managing contracts.
- Liaising with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and environmental requirements.




- Preparing proposals, technical documents, and cost estimates for clients.
- Providing leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering and support staff.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent) and 3+ years of experience, or 5+ years without a degree.
- Extensive knowledge of solar PV systems, O&M;, and the Australian renewable energy market.
- Proven experience managing contractors, budgets, and project delivery.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- A technical understanding of solar farm engineering (highly regarded).
