They are know looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team. This position is permanent full time working at their inner Brisbane office.

Responsibilities in this position will include:

• All aspects of detailed estimates and quotations

• The supply and mark-up of drawings for projects

• Prepare take offs

• Maintaining database and records

• Completion of tenders

Requirements

To be considered:

• +5 years estimating experience in the commercial space

• Ability to read, markup and interpret building plans and drawings

• Experience in the tendering process

• Experienced in estimating software

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• High attention to detail
