The Job

Work Partners are seeking Field Sales Representatives throughout
Melbourne and surrounding areas for an immediate start.

There are multiple positions
available and we are interviewing and conducting training in your area this
week. We are seeking both experienced and non experienced people to hit the
ground running.

No experience?​ No problem.​ As much as
experience is valuable, it's more important to find the right person with a
winning attitude.​ If you are motivated with excellent communication skills and
can walk the talk, you're right for this job.

You will be responsible for
driving membership acquisition and revenue opportunities via prospecting and marketing.
You will conduct authorised visits to workplaces, by
appointment, meeting with employees to discuss the benefits of being a member
of a Union by converting, enrolling, empowering and inspiring your audience

You will receive first class
training and receive a great base hourly rate + uncapped commissions + petrol +
phone allowance with realistic sales targets that are easily achievable.

- You have proven sales experience

- You
are a self-starter, are professionally-minded and highly motivated

- You are friendly and approachable with a great personality

professional business attire and appearance.​

- You have
a current and valid driver's license with good driving record

- You
would enjoy a competitive base rate plus uncapped commissions with OTE of $65K
per annum working lifestyle hours

- You have excellent communication skills, both
verbally and in writing.​

- You can communicate effectively with all types
of people.

- You can set priorities, multi-task, resolve
problems, negotiate and manage your time.​

- You have leadership ability to influence,
develop and empower people

- You can conduct yourself in skilled
manner

- You are able to receive constructive feedback
in a positive manner.​

A
Typical Day In The Life........

- You plan and schedule your week accordingly.
There is absolutely NO cold calling - All of your appointments have been
authorised and pre-scheduled for you.

- You meet
up with the Team on a Monday morning for the weekly sales meeting in the
Richmond Office or via Teleconference.

- Your next
meeting you may coordinate, attend, and conduct an informal Member presentation
over lunch in the staff room again assisting for completion of forms and




obtaining personal details. Each day you strive to meet your sales goals.

- You
schedule further future dates to come back to chat with others you missed out
on talking to today, and pencil in your diary.

- You then forward
your completed and checked forms/reports and fax or email to the Data Entry
Team.

- You have finished
for the day Too Easy!!

- You hop into your car and drive to various locations
and work places throughout Melbourne and the surrounding suburbs.

- Each
day, you serve as an Ambassador on
behalf of Australia and New Zealand Trade Unions and Work Partners. It is
an important job.

- On arrival you meet and greet potential
members, chatting over coffee and cake. You discuss
the lifestyle benefits of becoming a Union member. You are iinitiating
conversations and selling memberships in a consultative helpful manner helping
to complete paperwork and answering any questions.

- You go home. In the afternoon you
call your Sales Manager with any areas
of concern you may have and work through any sales objections to better
your performance next time.
