We’re looking for an experienced Posi-Track Operator with strong final-trim skills using a grader-blade attachment.

The Role

You’ll:

- Operate a Posi-Track with grader-blade attachment for precision final trim

- Shape, cut and level pads, driveways, shoulders and detailed earthworks

- Deliver clean, accurate work using lasers and/or GPS (where required)

- Keep your machine clean, maintained, and ready to go

- Work closely with a reliable crew to get projects done safely and efficiently

- Step up when needed, there are no passengers here

What You’ll Bring

- Proven experience operating a Posi-Track with a grader-blade attachment

- Final trim competency: clean passes, accurate levels, tidy finishing

- Experience trimming, shaping, levelling and prepping sites

- Valid RII for Skid Steer / Posi-Track

- Construction White Card

- Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

- Pride in workmanship and care for machines

- A reliable, team-first attitude

Bonus, not required:

- Experience with laser/GPS
