Join Stryker as a Finance Analyst within our FP&A; team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A;, you’ll partner closely with the Commercial Manager (FP&A;) and senior leaders including the Finance Director, President, and broader Leadership Team.
This role sits at the heart of performance management, planning, and decision support — helping drive better decisions, unlock value, and challenge thinking through strong financial insight and governance.
What you’ll do:
Partner with the business
- Build strong relationships across finance, leadership, and key back-office functions
- Understand stakeholder priorities and provide clear, commercially focused insights
- Challenge assumptions and bring an independent financial perspective
- Proactively engage to influence outcomes and support better decision-making
Support planning, forecasting & commercial processes
- Contribute to weekly reporting cadence and data accuracy
- Support month-end close, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget cycles
- Support annual quota setting, awards, and quota P&L; processes
- Play a key role in the business-wide Bonus & Commissions (B&C;) process, including accruals, reporting, and insights
Drive performance insights
- Support or own month-end activities, including B&C; cost tracking across business franchises
- Deliver variance analysis and explicit monthly P&L; commentary
- Produce regular and ad hoc reporting to track business performance
- Maintain risks & opportunities (R&O;) tracking and data integrity
Enable decision-making
- Support financial modelling and scenario analysis
- Provide timely, accurate insights that guide business decisions
Contribute to continuous improvement
- Support FP&A; and broader finance initiatives aligned to business goals
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and data quality
What you bring:
- Degree in Finance or related discipline
- CA/CPA (completed or in progress)
- Strong Excel skills (modelling, analysis, large data sets)
- Power BI experience (reporting and dashboards)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge
