The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Officer to join our team. This full-time role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will directly support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero software.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.
- Generate and create client invoices
What You’ll Bring
- More than 1 year of experience in finance and accounts.
- Proficiency in Xero software is highly favourable
- Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in the aged care or not-for-profit sector is highly favourable.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A current police check or willingness to obtain one.
