About the Role:
Our client are seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to provide end-to-end financial leadership, fostering solid relationships across the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring sound financial management and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships, building trust across all levels of the organisation.
- Provide finance leadership and accounting support to key stakeholders.
- Produce management reports, budgets, and forecasts to guide decision-making.
- Liaise with departments to ensure effective cost control and reporting.
- Review and evaluate new business opportunities in collaboration with management.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FBT and GST reporting.
- Manage the end-to-end balance sheet and oversee the business cashflow model.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models.
- Design and implement internal controls, ensuring compliance and regular review.
- Oversee the day-to-day relationship with external accounting service providers.
- Contribute to risk management reporting and initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and CPA/CA certification.
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
