Our client is looking for a finance officer to join the team on a permanent basis, and is open to full-time and part-time candidates.

Your new role
Your work will help ensure smooth billing, timely collections and accurate records. No two days will look the same, and you'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

- Maintaining service related charges and ensuring accurate updates to records
- Monitoring and updating the rates calendar to support annual and instalment cycles
- Processing payments, direct debits, adjustments, refunds and related transactions
- Assisting with the collection of outstanding payments and applying interest where appropriate




- Updating pensioner information in line with relevant regulations and processing associated claims
- Maintaining registers,
- Conducting title and data searches when required
- Preparing routine documentation, orders and requisitions
- Providing clear, professional advice to clients and internal stakeholders
- Offering support to other finance team members when needed
- Contributing ideas and recommendations for improvements to procedures
