We’re looking for a driven and detail -focused Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in Perth. This is more than a reporting role — it’s an opportunity to partner closely with operations, influence decision -making, and contribute to a growing, purpose -led organisation with a strong presence across Western Australia.

Key Performance Outputs
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements
- Maintain general ledger accuracy through journal entry review and approvals
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and stock movements across sites
- Ensure inventory and budgetary adjustments are reflected appropriately
- Review and correct GL allocations; assess provision and accrual needs
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register; run monthly depreciation
- Conduct on -site verification of stock counts with farm -based teams
- Draft dashboard reporting and assist with cash flow analysis for Treasury
- Support BAS, ATO returns, and assist with external audits
- Investigate outstanding purchase orders and system discrepancies
- Cross -check and release creditors’ payments
- Manage and evaluate foreign currency transactions and balance
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently enrolled and
progressing toward certification (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a financial
accounting or similar role
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to farm sites within WA
(day travel)
- This is a
split role, typically spending part of the week in the Perth office and part
on -site at farms within day -travel distance
