Crown Sydney, is Australia’s most iconic luxury integrated resort and is home to a wide range of premium hospitality venues including Nobu, CirQ, Epicurean and more.

We’re seeking experienced food and beverage hosts who are looking to join high performing teams and work within world class dining, bars and large-scale events.

- Restaurants (incl.



Nobu) – premium dining service.

- Events and banqueting – Weddings, corporate & VIP events.

- Premium rooftop bar CirQ – cocktails, guest service.

- In-room dining – hotel guest experience (overnights required).

- Epicurean – Fine dining buffet selection.

About You

- Experienced hospitality background.

- People who enjoy fast-paced, guest-facing environments.

- Current or willing to obtain NSW RSA.

- Positive attitude & reliability.

Desirable:

- Barista, bartender, host, fine dining or events experience

- Cantonese, Mandarin, or Japanese
