We are on the look out for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, who will be primarily responsible for leading and supporting the events team. This emerging leader will know how to motivate a team, make genuine connections with guests and extend assistance to other operations where needed.

Job Description

- Full time role, with varying shifts across all 7 days
- Ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly and all tasks are completed efficiently
- Lead our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests
- Problem solving –you never know what’s going to happen but need to be resourceful with resolving issues
- Liaise with other departments in the hotel and assist other outlets when needed
- Train current team members and share your knowledge with the team

Qualifications

- Prior experience in Food & Beverage service at similar level – with an events and conferencing background




- Hold a valid RSA – essential
- Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional service experience to our guests
- A team-player, ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
- Excellent communication skills, problem solving and adaptable to different situations
- Someone who can lead by example, as well as positively influence and motivate the team
