You will be a proven finance business partner with a strong commercial approach to enhancing business performance. This role requires someone with a deep knowledge of expenses and corporate functions performance drivers, and an ability to optimise cost management through financial analysis and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities:

- Delivery of FP&A; and Finance Business Partnering across various corporate business areas, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights
- Scenario based financial modelling to deliver strategic insights on cost management, and business specific performance optimisation
- Development of deep business relationships to become a trusted advisor on all financial matters for the business areas in the portfolio
- Monitor and report on the run and change costs of the respective business areas




- Leadership and mentoring of a team to build finance capability across the team
- Various aspects of ad hoc analysis and reporting to support optimised expense management outcomes

Experience:

- CA/CPA qualified or equivalent
- Proven background operating in an expense related FP&A; role
- Deep knowledge of cost drivers within financial services is highly-regarded
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic workplace and deliver to required timeframes
