The Opportunity

Reporting to the CFO, you'll play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, portfolio analytics, and month-end performance. You'll partner closely with Product, Collections and Origination teams, influencing decisions from pricing to credit risk and portfolio yield.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting across revenue, costs, originations and impairments
- Deliver variance analysis, insights and scenario modelling to support decision-making
- Manage short and long-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
- Monitor funding, covenants and support treasury and FX exposure analysis
- Provide month-end performance reporting, commentary and KPI tracking




- Analyse regional and product profitability to identify risks and opportunities
- Oversee portfolio performance including impairments, arrears and credit trends
- Support pricing, yield optimisation and commercial decision-making
- Build business cases, track ROI and support strategic initiatives
- Drive automation, improve reporting and support broader finance activities

About You

- CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- Experience in financial services - ideally consumer lending or personal credit
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management capability
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Commercially curious, analytical, and confident partnering with non-finance teams
- Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-moving environment with broad responsibility
