WHATS ON OFFER:

THE WORK

- Regularly mowing, edging and weeding gardens to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
- Pruning and shaping trees, shrubs and hedges to encourage healthy growth
- Planting, transplanting and caring for a variety of plants, flowers and greenery
- Applying fertilisers, mulch and other materials to promote soil health and plant vigour
- Identifying and addressing any pests or diseases affecting the gardens
- Maintaining and operating gardening equipment and tools safely and efficiently
- Providing excellent customer service and communicating with clients about the work being done
- Various work sites from schools, homes, park lands, high rise

THE TEAM

- Our team is a mix of experienced, knowledgeable,



keen and enthusiastic people who work well together
- We start and finish at the the yard in Research (Between Eltham and Warrandyte)
- We have an eye for detail and every garden has to be of a high standard

PAY AND CONDITIONS

- Up to $50ph for an outstanding, experienced, knowledgeable team player
- 40 hrs per week
- Full time
- Monday-Friday
- Outdoors

MUST HAVE….

- Over 5 years experience in a professional garden maintenance or landscaping roles
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current drivers license is a must
- Police check and working with childrens check- or can get them
- Reliable, great work ethic
- Great with people
- Fit, enjoy outdoors, passionate about gardens and landscapes
- Want to grow, develop and improve themselves in this field
