A leading Western Australian not-for-profit provider of aged care, family, community, early learning and disability services that supports people throughout life’s journey is seeking a General Manager - Home Care.

About the role

In this role you’ll lead a team to deliver quality, person centred and sustainable home care services with a innovative mindset to support users to live their best life, while continuing to live independently.

About you

We are looking for a collaborative leader with strong sector relationships. Along with in-depth clinical knowledge you’ll bring:

- Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent industry experience

- Significant care service management experience

- Strong track record in leading person-centred, quality and compliant services to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable people.





- Experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring and professional development

- The ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource and implement services.

- Evidence of Covid Vaccination (or approved exemption)

- National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
