As we gear up for our mid-September relaunch, we’re rebuilding our entire support team at Cali Beach. If you’re a hard-working, hands-on team player with great energy and attention to detail, this is your moment.

The Role:

As a Glassy, you’ll be a key part of the team that keeps the venue clean, safe, and running smoothly during high-volume service. You’ll:

- Clear and clean tables and bottle service areas quickly

- Assist bartenders with stock replenishment and glassware

- Support setup and pack-down for daybeds, booths, and functions

- Keep the vibe high and energy flowing

What You Bring:





- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced setting

- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

- Must be available Friday to Sunday (all hours), and occasionally midweek for private functions

- You must be able to work across departments within the venue — flexibility is key as every day is different at Cali.
