About the Role

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design across digital, catalogue, and television platforms. Working closely with the creative, marketing, and digital teams, you will bring design briefs, photoshoots, and creative concepts to life while maintaining solid brand consistency.

About You

You are a passionate and driven designer with a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in a similar role. Highly creative and detail-oriented, you have a strong interest in styling, fashion, social media, and retail. Experience in photography and video is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute creative across all platforms including broadcast, website, eDMs, and print/catalogue

- Collaborate with the creative and wider marketing teams on photoshoots, styling, and seasonal look books

- Communicate creative ideas, concepts, and objectives clearly to the Creative Director and team

- Ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Work to tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of creative output

- Develop and deliver creative concepts for magazine layouts, look books, and photoshoots





- Create reels and short videos for social media

Skills & Experience

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

- Strong understanding of design aesthetics and strategic design principles

- Proven experience in digital design including web pages, eDMs, and social media

- Experience in catalogue design

- End-to-end understanding of the design process from concept through to final delivery

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

- Experience with Adobe After Effects is desirable but not essential

- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating creative, strategic, and high-quality design across multiple platforms
