Guest Services Attendant / Housekeeping | Sunnybank Hotel | Dream big with us!

We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

Come and join the vibrant team at Sunnybank Hotel Nightcap! We’re looking for dependable housekeepers to work daily from 9:30am to 2:30pm, ensuring our accommodation stays spotless, comfortable, and inviting. A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:

- Making every room feel like home away from home
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
- Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests

Qualifications

About you:

- You are great with people, policy and procedure and feel passionate about providing amazing guest experiences
- You have a great eye for detail and take pride in the work that you deliver; whether you’re working autonomously or with the team
- You have adaptable availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You’ll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people!
