We're looking for a passionate and dedicated part-time Gym Team Member to join our family-owned Jetts fitness centre in Lilydale, Victoria. As a Gym Team Member, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our members have an incredible experience every time they visit our facility.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming members and guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Assisting members with equipment usage, exercise demonstrations, and general fitness advice
- Maintaining a clean and well-organised gym environment
- Providing administrative support, such as processing member check-ins and registrations
- Promoting the gym's services and programs to drive member engagement and retention
- Ensuring the gym's policies and procedures are followed at all times
What we're looking for
- Previous experience working in a customer service or fitness-related role
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with members
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to the overall success of the gym
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
