Your new work environment

Our client operates a highly regarded independent college and has built a state-of-the-art early learning centre to complement its existing P-Year 12 offering. The centre features all modern conveniences, is spread over six rooms, and can accommodate 130 children when fully occupied.

The service takes pride in its inspiring three age-appropriate outdoor spaces, which feature well-maintained, spacious areas adorned with natural elements where children can develop strength and self-confidence.

The centre's philosophy revolves around nurturing children's interests with warmth and care, encouraging empowerment through child-initiated experiences, and fostering strong connections with families and communities. With a mission to inspire and nurture everyone to achieve their full potential, the service prioritises quality, teamwork, and training opportunities and promotes a culture of recognition and reward.

What we are looking for





We seek a strong leader with experience running an early learning centre. You must demonstrate an ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Educators/Teachers to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families being served.

You will also have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An unwavering passion for children, their learning and their care
- Champion problem-solving skills - and able to turn these into a win/win for parties involved whilst carefully juggling the needs of the business
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a long daycare setting
- An ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) relevant to Early Childhood Education.
- Extensive working knowledge of the VEYLDF, National Quality Standards, child safety standards, and regulations, as well as a commitment to bring about positive outcomes for the service.
- Experience and confidence with A&Rs;
- You will thrive under pressure and be adaptable in a dynamic environment.
- An ability to develop and nurture positive relationships with peers, families and children
