Job Description:


We are hiring experienced and qualified Butchers (ANZSCO 351211) for an excellent opportunity in Queensland, Australia. The ideal candidate should have hands -on experience in meat cutting, trimming, processing, and maintaining food safety standards in a retail or processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:


- Prepare and cut meat as per customer and business requirements

- Bone, trim, slice, mince, and tenderise meat products

- Ensure proper weighing, packaging, and labelling of products

- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

- Work with the team to meet production targets





- Provide excellent customer service when required


Requirements
- Certificate III in Meat Processing (Retail Butcher) or equivalent qualification

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a qualified butcher

- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and food safety standards

- Valuable knife handling and meat preparation skills

- Valid Skills Assessment for Butcher

- Valid IELTS or PTE score for Australia visa requirements

- Eligible for 482 Visa Sponsorship

- Physically fit to perform job duties
