Your opportunity

Working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm (Can be flexible)

As our Team Leader - Home Care at Woolooware Shores in Taren Point, you will lead a dedicated team of Care Workers and Domestic Assistants to deliver outstanding person-centred care and exceptional customer service. You will manage rosters, support staff development, and ensure seamless service delivery to seniors in our community.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

- Lead and develop the team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management

- Manage daily schedules, staff absences, roster gaps, and administrative reporting

- Escalate resident concerns, maintain stakeholder relationships, and promote safety and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

You are a solid, supportive leader with excellent communication, negotiation,



and problem-solving skills who thrives under pressure. You bring proven experience in aged care leadership and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You also share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.

You will also need:

- Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Community Services or equivalent

- Experience in community-based aged care services and direct care work

- Previous team leader experience in a busy environment

- Proficiency with systems and technology applications

- Valid NSW Driver’s Licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

Ideally, you will also have:

- Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills in high-pressure settings

- Experience managing rosters and administrative tasks in aged care
