Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to):

- Attend to guest and staff requests in a prompt and efficient manner

- Transportation and stock control of linen,



towels and amenities to guest floors to ensure a smooth and seamless housekeeping operation

- Maintain cleanliness of hotel public areas and bathrooms

Qualifications

About You:

- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service

- Previous experience in a similar role or luxury hotel workplace will be viewed favourably

- Excellent communication skills

- Have the capacity to work in a physical role which includes pushing, pulling and lifting up to 15 kgs

- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
