You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders while contributing to enterpriseu2011wide people initiatives.nnIn this role, you will:nn * Partner with leaders to deliver Pu0026C strategies aligned to business objectivesnn * Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of people management, including workforce planning, performance, engagement, talent and successionnn * Lead and manage employee relations and industrial relations matters, including investigations, performance management, grievances and disciplinary processesnn * Oversee HR/IR case management to ensure compliant, fair and timely outcomesnn * Support remuneration and benefits activities, including annual compensation reviews, reward and recognition programs, and interpretation of Awards and Enterprise Agreementsnn * Lead and deliver cyclical Pu0026C programs such as performance, engagement, early careers, diversity, talent and training initiativesnn * Contribute to Pu0026C projects, reporting and analytics to drive continuous improvementnn * Support workforce design and mobilisation activities,
