- Customer centric attitude with experience in managing clients and multiple stakeholders.

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a similar, postgraduate qualifications is highly regarded.

- Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and experience managing Employee Relations and Industrial Relations maters at a senior level.

- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders both internally within OPS and to all external clients as required, to execute the Human Resources function, including performance and development, talent and engagement, policy and standard operating procedures.

- Demonstrated experience leading, empowering, and upskilling staff through learning and development opportunities.

- Demonstrated high-level of communication, interpersonal, negotiation and personal presentation skills, particularly in relation to positively managing the interface between a commercial enterprise and government organisation.

- Demonstrated competence in the utilisation of the Microsoft Office Suite and associated computer applications.
