What you need:

- Previous experience in a machine operating or welding role is extremely desirable
- Basic knowledge of welding is desirable
- A reliable mode of transport to get to and from work
- Full working rights in Australia
- Willingness to work overtime and have a strong level of attention to detail

Day to day in this role looks like:

- Day shift with times running from 6am-7am starts through to 2pm-4pm finishes with overtime available.
- Well above award payrates of $35 per hour + overtime penalties depending on skills and qualifications
- Performing welding tasks, working with aluminium and other materials involved with the fabrication boats
- Plenty of room for skill development and career growth within the company
