Your new role

The Instructional Designer will join the team for a big transformation program.

Accountabilities

- Learning Needs Analysis:
Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning gaps and define objectives for transformation-related initiatives.
- Instructional Design & Development:
Create high-quality learning content (e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, videos, simulations) using modern design principles and tools.
- Apply adult learning theories, blended learning strategies, and digital learning best practices.
- Content Management:
Ensure all learning materials are accurate, consistent,



and aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with Change Management and Communications teams to integrate learning into the broader change strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in large-scale transformation programs or financial services.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Rise) and LMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital learning trends (microlearning, gamification, adaptive learning).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
