About theRole
An opportunityawaits you as a Senior Associate or Special Counsel in our insurance team inPerth. We have rewarding work on offer, focusing on a range of litigious andcontentious matters arising from professional indemnity, directors &officers; and management liability lines of insurance. In addition to this, wehave matters involving regulatory investigations, prosecutions and commercialdisputes. You'll collaborate with a team of specialists in their field headedup by Toby Barrie and Jason Hart - principals who are committed toempowering you and your career progression.
About You
If the followingsounds like you, we would love to hear from you:
- you are an experienced practitioner in the defendant insurance space with a focus on professional indemnity;
- you can efficiently manage your own file load;
- you enjoy building client relationships and achieving excellent outcomes;
- you remember what it was like being a junior practitioner and understand the importance of mentoring, and are happy to pass on your expertise and knowledge; and for more senior role
- you are a problem-solver who values collaboration and understands the importance of strong working relationships.
