This role focuses on
technical analysis and troubleshooting for Crunchwork SaaS platform,
especially CCv8 and integration -related issues. Responsibilities include
analysing APIs, middleware, and data flows, performing log analysis,
supporting incident resolution, and providing technical inputs for vendor
discussions. This is not a full development role.
