In this role you will:
- Support customers to optimise sales results
- Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sales, inventory and promotional activities
- Liaise with customers to ensure orders are processed
- Provide customers with updates on promotions
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assist Sales Representatives with customer orders
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and internal account management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a definite advantage
