A leading higher-education institution is seeking an experienced IT Organisational Change Manager to support a major multi-year IT transformation portfolio. Working within the organisation's IT Change Management function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of the institution's IT Initiatives while minimising disruption to BAU operations.

Your new role
In this role, you will:
- Lead organisational change activities across complex cyber security, AI and digital programs
- Engage stakeholders to build understanding, readiness, and buy-in for new platforms, controls, and ways of working
- Assess and manage change impacts across people, process, and technology
- Develop clear, compelling, enterprise-wide communication strategies
- Coordinate training and enablement activities to support adoption across academic and qualified staff
- Monitor adoption, resistance, and change risks




- Produce high-quality change artefacts, plans, and communication materials
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years' experience delivering large-scale IT organisational change within complex environments
- Experience supporting cyber security programs or major ICT initiatives
- Proven ability to drive behavioural change and deep stakeholder engagement
- Strong capability in enterprise-wide communication planning and execution
- Skilled in tailoring change approaches for diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to build strong relationships
What you'll get in return
