Location : Sydney

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, a strong understanding of the local talent market, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles (software engineers, developers, system administrators, project managers, etc.).

- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.

- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of platforms and networks.

- Maintain and grow a pipeline of qualified IT professionals in Sydney and across Australia.

- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding.





- Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to support business growth.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and Australian employment regulations.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house).

- Solid knowledge of Sydney’s IT job market and local talent pool.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, etc.).

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Must be based in Sydney, Australia.
