IT Support Officer
Brisbane CBD - $70,000 + Super

You'll be supported, given exposure across the environment, and trusted to take ownership as you grow.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing Level 1-2 support across users, systems, and devices
- Working across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID
- Supporting Windows 10 & 11 environments
- Logging and managing tickets through ITSM tools in line with ITIL practices
- Getting involved in small projects and continuous improvements initiatives

What you'll bring:

- 12+ months IT support experience
- Exposure to AD, M365, and Windows environments
- Understanding of ITIL / service management principles
- Good communication and a genuine willingness to learn
