A growing Managed Service Provider headquartered in Southbank requires an IT Support Technician to join its IT Operations team for a permanent opportunity commencing ASAP. Your current role
In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Providing 1st and 2nd level onsite and remote IT support for multiple clients.
- Supporting a broad range of clients to resolve high-level IT issues escalated from the Service Desk.
- Performing technical support of servers, networks, and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Collaborating with Senior Engineers, SMEs and Team Leaders on support issues.
- Delivering a high level of customer service and communication.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:

- Demonstrated experience in providing level 1&2 IT support both on-site and remote.




- Sound knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Network troubleshooting.
- Expertise with Intune and / or SCCM is preferred.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Azure, Microsoft, ITIL, VMware, Veeam and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- A current driver's licence and vehicle.
- Australian Citizenship.
