Senior Support Engineer/ Team Leader | MSP Your new company
You'll be joining a well-established MSP based in Sydney, delivering end-to-end IT services across support, projects, and change management. The business supports a diverse client base and is known for its structured service delivery, collaborative culture, and focus on developing people through mentorship and progression. Your new role
As the Level 2 Engineer /Team Leader, you'll play a key role in leading the day-to-day operations of a technical support and project-focused team, ensuring consistent service delivery, solid team performance, and high client satisfaction.
This role is open to:
- Experienced Level 2 Engineers who are ready to take the next step into leadership and are motivated to mentor others
- Senior Engineers with proven experience leading, mentoring, or coordinating technical teams in an MSP environment.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within an MSP environment (Level 2, Senior Engineer, or Team Lead background)
- Strong technical capability across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and endpoint management
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, DNS, DHCP, switching, VPNs)




- Exposure to RMM/PSA platforms (ConnectWise highly regarded)
- Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions (Acronis preferred)
- A clear interest in mentoring, supporting, and developing other engineers
- Confident communication skills with both technical teams and clients
- Understanding of ITIL practices, particularly incident, problem, and change management
