The Opportunities

Retail Associates (Casual & Full-Time)

Our Retail Associates are the heart of the store experience.

You’ll welcome customers into the store, help them discover the frank green range, and guide them through personalising their products. You’ll also help maintain the look and feel of the store, support stock management, and work closely with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day.

If you enjoy talking to people, love great design, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this could be the role for you.

Retail Supervisors

Retail Supervisors play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the store.

You’ll help lead the team during shifts, ensure the store is operating smoothly, and maintain a high standard of customer service. Supervisors also support visual merchandising, stock management, and store operations while helping develop and motivate the team.

This role suits someone who enjoys leading by example and thrives in a busy retail workplace.

Assistant Store Managers





Our Assistant Store Managers partner closely with the Store Manager to drive store performance and team culture.

You’ll help coach and develop the team, support rostering and store operations, and ensure every customer experience reflects the premium frank green brand. You’ll also play an important role in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and supporting the ongoing growth of the team.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail leader who wants to help shape the culture and success of a growing brand.
