- Recognition as a Qualified Technical Person and Qualified Business Person.
- Experience in Refrigeration (Cert II Split Systems).
About You
We’re looking for experienced and engaging trainers who meet the following criteria:
- Possesses a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116/TAE40122) or a diploma-level qualification in Adult and Vocational Education (required).
- Has proven experience delivering Volt Edge courses or a willingness to expand your expertise across our offerings.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understands compliance requirements and can adapt materials to meet regulations.
- Is proficient with online learning platforms and has strong IT skills.
- Willing to travel occasionally, with full travel arrangements managed by our Admin Team.
