CONTENT CREATOR – UNILEVER

YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

The Content Creator is a critical role within Hogarth’s Creative & Strategy team. Although an entry level role in this discipline, it’s core purpose is not just about making content — it’s about living social. You will be the eyes and ears of what’s happening in culture, trends, and communities, and you’ll be responsible for turning that knowledge into content that feels authentic, platform-native, and impossible to scroll past.

Supporting a team of Social Content specialists within Hogarth’s Social & Content pods, you’ll work across multiple client accounts, with a primary focus on supporting the creation of social content for a range of brands for a major Consumer Packaged Goods client, creating ideas and executions that feel like they belong in the feed — not in an ad break.

You’ll be trained and supported to:

- Spot and validate trends before they peak

- Translate cultural moments into brand-relevant creative that feels organic to each platform’s language, style, and audience

- Move fast, react in real time, and ensure we deliver best-in-class quality content

- Be comfortable with concepting, filming (being on-screen where okay with!) and editing – combining some or all of these skills as and when required

- Have the skills and confidence to run smaller scale projects from start to finish, with support from key team members

Please note - this role will be an 11-month Max Term contract to Dec 2026.

REPORTING LINES AND DEPARTMENTS:

The Content Creator role sits within our Creative & Strategy chapter,

ABOUT YOU

You are inherently "social-first," living and breathing the dynamic world of digital culture. You love to spot emerging trends, understand the nuances of online communities, and effortlessly translate cultural moments into authentic, scroll-stopping content that truly belongs in the feed – not just an ad break.

You thrive in a fast-paced workplace, possessing a sharp eye for what's next and the agility to react in real-time, consistently delivering best-in-class, platform-native ideas. Whether it's concepting a viral TikTok, filming a compelling Instagram Reel (and even being on-screen when suitable!), or expertly editing a YouTube Short, you're comfortable with a hands-on approach and eager to hone your craft.

A natural collaborator, you bring a fresh, platform-fluent perspective to every brainstorm and are keen to partner with creatives, strategists, and production teams to ensure content is both culturally relevant and compliant.
