As JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / PRODUCER, you support the successful delivery of cultural activations and brand experiences across sport, entertainment, and community. You'll work closely with mid and senior team members to learn, deliver, and grow within a purpose-driven, creatively charged setting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery
- Support production logistics and on-ground execution for brand activations, events, content productions, and experiences
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks across multiple workstreams
- Assist with sourcing and booking venues, vendors, and talent
Client & Partner Coordination
- Help prepare agendas and notes for client check-ins
- Coordinate internal timelines and assist in stakeholder updates
- Support email communications and basic reporting
Creative & Strategic Support
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the team
- Provide relevant local insights and trends for project decks
- Assist in mood boards, copy prep, and formatting for presentations
Process & Documentation
- Maintain up-to-date trackers, project timelines, and budget records
- Document decisions and feedback
- File and organise all key project docs in shared systems
Cultural & Community Engagement
- Conduct cultural research on local brands, artists, or movements
- Stay tapped into sport, fashion, entertainment, and tech across a variety of audiences demographics and trends (Gen Alpha, Gen Z, Millennial, etc.)
- Track influencers or community orgs relevant to partner brands

- Experienced: 1–2 years in community, digital, creative, or event marketing roles
- Digitally fluent: Comfortable with project management tools and social platforms
- Active Mindset: Passionate about emerging trends and tech
- Communicator: Clear, concise, confident communicator with stakeholders
- Structured: Excellent organisation, time, and resource management skills
- Self-Driven: Hands-on approach, capable of juggling multiple tasks with minimal supervision
