Immediate contract opportunity for a Level 2 IT Support professional to provide hands-on Microsoft 365 Your new company
This organisation operates within a large, globally aligned Microsoft House environment, supporting a critical local site at Gepps Cross. Due to an immediate requirement, they are seeking an experienced Level 2 IT Support professional to join their Infrastructure team and provide hands-on, customer-focused technical support.The role has historically been stable and supported through the same recruitment channel for several years, with an ongoing operational need at site.

Your new role
Working as part of the Infrastructure team, you will be based on-site and act as a key point of contact through the Tech Stop, providing Level 2 support to end users. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing Level 2 support across a Microsoft 365 environment
- Supporting infrastructure-related incidents and requests
- PC imaging using a Windows 11 global image, including post-rollout configuration and customisation
- Troubleshooting and supporting Lenovo PCs, barcode scanners, and printers
- Working closely with users to resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Escalating issues appropriately while taking ownership of outcomes

This role requires a strong on-site presence and a practical,



hands-on approach to support.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a Level 2 Desktop / Infrastructure Support role
- Strong hands-on experience within a Microsoft 365 environment
- Solid experience with Windows 10/11 imaging and deployments
- Ability to troubleshoot end-user hardware including laptops, peripherals, scanners, and printers
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset
- A reliable work ethic, strong problem-solving skills, and an ability to build rapport quickly with users
