Looking for flexible outdoor work with a great team and high -end projects?
We’re currently looking for casual landscape labourers to assist our experienced landscapers on luxury residential projects across Brisbane.
About the Role:
You’ll be assisting qualified landscapers with a range of general labouring and site preparation tasks across premium residential landscaping projects.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands -on work outdoors and is looking for flexible work arrangements, with shifts available anywhere from 1 to 5 days per week depending on your availability.
Duties may include:
- Turf preparation and laying
- Moving soil, mulch, gravel, and materials
- Wheelbarrow work and general site clean -up
- Digging holes and garden preparation
- Planting and mulching
- Assisting with paving, edging, retaining walls, and other landscaping tasks
- Using basic hand and power tools
Supporting the team to keep projects running smoothly.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in landscaping, construction, civil, gardening, or similar outdoor labouring roles is required.
This role is physically demanding, so applicants must be comfortable with hands -on outdoor work and manual labour tasks throughout the day.
You’ll also need:
- A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valuable physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
- White Card
- Driver’s licence and own transport essential
- Punctuality and reliability
