Busy Bees at Kilburn is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to guide high-quality practice and support our team in delivering exceptional care and education.

About the Role

- Lead the delivery of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF

- Mentor and guide educators to ensure high-quality practice

- Support documentation, planning, and assessments

- Build strong relationships with families and colleagues

- Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning workplace

- Support centre compliance and continuous improvement

What You’ll Need

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

- Proven experience as a Lead Educator

- Valid SA Working with Children Check (Employee)

- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

- Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting

- Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS

- Leadership and communication skills

- Australian working rights
